I messed up Lord, I do mess up a lot:
I failed, I have failed you Father;
I erred Lord, I err again and again
Your grace, your mercy, your favor;
Your love, your mercy and your faithfulness
all never fail, none ever fails;
I on the other hand, I do fail you a lot
I failed you, I fail you a lot Father;
Deep in my heart of heart
In the make up of my DNA I know sin has been destroyed
I know and I accept that the new genetic make up that I received thru Christ Jesus
When I was re-born of your grace through His blood
Through Jesus's blood I became a specie of righteousness
Whatever is born of God overcomes the world
Whatever is born of God does not sin
Because our God is Holy and no unrighteousness is found in Him
He's awesome holy, Holy is He
How come I err every now and then?
Oh wretched man that I am
Woe unto me because I err often contrary to the seed of my make-up
Woe unto me 'cos this body of flesh is causing me pain
Lord even-though I find it hard to justify nothing
'cos not a clue I have
I do love you; you know that's the truth Lord
My life belongs to you; you aware that's the truth Father in Heaven
I will always Love you; You know that's from a sincere heart Father in heaven
Even-though I fall; You know that I won't stay down Father
I will always run to you Father; You know that I mean that Lord
I will live my life for You Father; You know that I am sincere about that God Almighty
You abundantly pardon Father; Your mercy and your grace never fail; I've confirmed that by myself Lord
No one has to tell me that again
'cos the rate at which I err; I should have been consumed by your wrought
But Your Son, Your Son; Lord Jesus
Whose Blood speaks for me; Speaks on my behalf daily
Your son Jesus; Jesus my high priest
Whose blood; The Blood of the Lamb of God
Whose Blood has been offered up for me once and that's all
Whose Blood daily; every moment; whose Blood cries for
The Blood Jesus shed on the cross in Calvary
The Blood that speaks better things concerning me.
My conclusion father; the conclusion of it all
Rejoice not over me yet my enemy; you hear that right
Even when I fall, when I erred against God; I wont stay down
Even-though I fall and fail I shall yet rise again
And when I rise; I shall rise above every compromise
I shall rise above every sin
I shall rise in righteousness
What is the substance of my boast
The Blood of Jesus
He went all the way for me
His son; His only Son; God spares not for me
The cross and what Jesus did on the cross is the substance of my boast
I am the beloved; the beloved of the lord
I have been purchased by an incorruptible price
I am blood bought; bought by the Blood
I am righteousness by His blood; The Blood of the Lamb of God; Jesus
Even-though I fail; yes I do fail God many times
Even-though I err; I err and I have erred against God many time in regards to righteousness
Still I have not been broken; I wont break
I am serious; I wont break
Thank you Jesus 'cos I know by you and the Holy-Ghost; I wont break
I have the Lord; I have experience and enjoy of His grace
But for your grace Lord; Your Grace, your Grace alone has kept me.
Your Mercy Lord has kept me
Your mercy Lord has revived me
Your mercy Lord has restored me...
Grateful I am Lord for your Mercy and Grace
I am a product of God's mercy and Grace
